SECTION 301 TARIFFS ON CHINESE GOODS – LIST 3 DUTY INCREASE as of May 10, 2019

The USTR formally announced today that tariffs currently being assessed at 10% (List 3) will increase to 25% duty beginning 12:01am on 5/10/2019.

The USTR sent a notice to the Federal Register that is scheduled to be published Thursday. The notice is attached but can also be found here
